How long will my order take to arrive ?

Every Product has an ‘Estimated Delivery Time’ indicated in the ‘Product Description. Please refer to that information. 

In general, The delivery time will depend primarily on two factors:

  • Item Availability and
  • Shipping Location.

Item Availability : Unless otherwise noted, all items available for purchase on the website are in stock. Items that are backordered contain a note indicating this fact as well as the expected delivery time frame.

Shipping Location : Since we are a non-profit and in order to keep our operations cost minimal, we request our suppliers to directly ship to you. More often than not, using the lowest cost shipping option, which again helps us keep our cost low and helps us to offer you free shipping.

If we determine that we will not be able to deliver an order within the promised time-frame, we will immediately contact you via email.

My order has not been delivered, what do I do ?

First of all, please make sure that you have waited until past the estimated delivery time. To keep our operational cost low (remember we are 100% unpaid volunteer based) , we use the drop-ship model, where-in our suppliers ship directly to you. Hence it the long delivery time. we truly appreciate your patience and willingness to support us.
